Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects. They prepare cost estimates, analyze labor, material, and time requirements, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
In addition, Quantity Surveyors monitor project progress, track changes, and ensure that work is completed within budget. They also play a key role in resolving disputes over payment or scope of work.
