Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer queries through phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Technical Assistance: Provide support with troubleshooting, setup, and product usage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
