Job Description
The IT Technical Support at Intellismart Technology Inc. focuses on implementing, supporting, and maintaining Software and Hardware systems for clients. You will be the technical point of contact for information systems, supporting implementation projects.
Duties:
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing procedural documentation support.
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Conducting electrical safety checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems troubleshooting.
