Job Description
Location: Malate, Manila
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Saturday (10H Shift)
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th-month salary, Bonus pay, Commission pay, Overtime pay, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience managing a recruitment team
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office
Job Description: Supervise recruitment team, develop strategies, conduct interviews, and monitor trends to enhance processes.
