Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOC IT Specialist to join our team. As a NOC IT Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network operations center (NOC), ensuring the availability and stability of all network systems and services. You will be troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring network performance and analyzing network traffic.
- Identifying and resolving network issues to minimize downtime.
- Responding quickly to system outages and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for network maintenance and repairs.
- Participating in the design and implementation of network infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in networking technologies, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be well-versed in network protocols, routing, and switching technologies. Additionally, having certifications such as CCNA or CCNP would be highly desirable.
