Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Support administrative works in Coastal Engineering Department.
- Support Coastal Engineering department in preparing the documents required for tender submission, such as but not limited to the preparation of track records, Annexes, CVs of staffs, and others as required, and complying with the tender requirement of the pursuits/opportunities project
- Update and maintain of Coastal Tender Database (Coastal Track Records, Project Description Sheet, Coastal Tender Opportunities Database, Coastal Tender Write up, etc)
- Assist in maintain the Coastal Marketing Database
- Support administrative works during events (Seminar, Site Visit, etc)
Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player, able to multi-task and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Discipline, self-motivated and resourceful
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Well-versed in other Microsoft Office Suite of Software is preferred (i.e: MS Sharepoints, PowerBI etc)
- ‘O’ Level or Diploma Degree is preferred
- Willing to accept Project-based Contract (2 years) with 3 months’ probation
- Can start immediately
