Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Manager. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing contracts to ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements. You will work closely with our general manager and legal team to provide expert advice and support on contract matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a legal consultant or contract manager, preferably in a business environment.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and familiarity with various types of business contracts.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus.
- Willing to start ASAP

Salary: Up to Php100,00.00 per month
