Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Banking Assistant. As an Online Banking Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online banking needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in banking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service to customers. Experience in online banking systems and knowledge of financial products are a plus.
