Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate (HS Grad, Vocational, Associate Grad) with 6+ months of international call center experience
- Above Average to Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge or experience
- Ability to work in a non-scripted environment
- Proficient in MS Office and Internet browsing
- Willingness to work in shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- Location: MarketMarket, Taguig
Position Summary:
- Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting with various customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Night shift
- Shift system
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
