Job Description
Operations Management
a. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store.
b. Accomplishing sales targets.
c. Confident, Calm & willing to express themselves throughout the store interior.
d. Address clients in a professional manner.
e. To cascade directives from management.
People Management:
a. Must be an influential role model to sales personnel.
b. Creatively push sales boundaries and maintain a professional yet approachable environment.
c. Ensure tidy appearance always.
Administrative Responsibilities:
a. Create quarterly event/promotion projections.
b. Submit accurate Financial Reports regularly.
c. Drive sales growth consistently.
d. Maintain accurate costing and inventory control.
Customer Experience Management:
a. Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
b. Ensure client satisfaction and handle challenges professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
a. College Graduate.
b. Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager with interior design knowledge.
c. Experience in the same industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
