Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition/End to End Recruitment- responsible for sourcing, administering tests, scheduling appointments, and conducting background investigations.
2. Assist in Employee Engagement Activities.
3. Assists in Performance Management and compliance of Employment Requirements.
4. Records/Admin Management and field/site visits with off-island travel expected if needed.
5. Ensure QMS implementation and perform other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php16,500.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
