Job Description
Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Administer Mandatory Benefits (SS,Phic, HDMF,Tin)
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
- Promote HR programs for an efficient workplace
- Assist in development of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze HR metrics data
- Organize employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Enhance job satisfaction and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements and skills
- 2+ years experience as HR Generalist or related role
- Understanding of HR policies and employment laws
- Knowledge of MS Office and good communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and desire for results
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Anniversary bonus
