Job Description
The Sales Support is responsible to manage customer queries, ability to network, build relationships with customer and persuade to purchase products.
Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the products.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Sales Support Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.
- Able to communicate with the customer.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
