Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Onsite NOC Helpdesk Technician (Tier 1) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and resolving their IT-related issues. You will primarily be stationed at our office location, providing immediate assistance to employees with hardware, software, and network problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to helpdesk calls and tickets, assessing the issues, and providing timely technical assistance
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, resolving them efficiently, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team
- Assisting with system configuration, software installations, and updates
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system monitoring and backup management
- Ensuring accurate documentation of all support activities and maintaining knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certification preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide customer-oriented service
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
