Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Answers participant questions and ensures a full understanding of critical information.
Requirements:
- College graduates or High School/Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO experience is advantageous but not required
- Able to work onsite within 25-35 km from the location
