Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
- Answer participant questions and ensure understanding of critical information

- Open to candidates who completed college, no experience required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can do onsite work and within 25-35km radius
