Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operations and procedures.
  • Recognize and escalate priority problems.
  • One call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • With or without BPO Experience
  • High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
