Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake tracking of customer information, delinquent accounts, and late fees
- Reach out to customers with overdue accounts via phone, mail, or email
- Coordinate payment collection with collectors
- Perform general office tasks like faxing, typing, and answering calls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent oral communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,600.00 – Php16,700.00 per month
