- Perform customer support via phone, chat, and email in English and French
- Engage with customers to resolve issues, requests, and benefits claims
- Address client’s application issues and recommend process improvements
- Record and report customer issues, conducting root cause analysis
- Provide support during operational hours
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer support experience
- Experience in Healthcare claims is preferred
- Familiarity with CSAT and use of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong English and French oral and written skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php75,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
