Job Description
Auraland Group of Companies, with diverse operations in Mining, Swine Farming, LDPE Manufacturing, Logistics, Real Estate, and soon Hospitality in Southern Philippines, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. Established in the 1980s, the family-owned group values a personal approach in management. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, relationship-building, training, conflict resolution, policy development, reporting, and presentations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR management or Psychology, 5+ years HR Generalist experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to relocate to Davao City.
