Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives at SapientBPO – Ortigas, Pasig. Join our Voice and Non-voice accounts on a Dayshift schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
- ✓ High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- ✓ Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills accepted
- ✓ Fresh Graduates welcome
- ✓ BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve complaints
- Have in-depth product knowledge
