Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coach team performance and behavior.
- Ensure training effectiveness and provide additional training.
- Train new employees on company standards.
- Coordinate with HR on internal documentation.
- Communicate company goals and policies.
- Create an inspiring team environment.
- Keep track of tasks, employees, and documents.
- Resolve concerns following company standards.
- Motivate, listen, and recognize team members.
- Organize team-building activities.
- Communicate internal concerns to management.
- Attend leadership meetings and discussions.
- Perform assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1 year Team Leader experience in BPO.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php27,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
