Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Answers participant questions and ensures clear understanding of critical information
What are we looking for?
- Open to candidates who completed college with no experience required
- Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Can work onsite within 25km to 35 km range
