Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Associate II (ONS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Assist in network maintenance and administration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve IT-related problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
