Job Description
As an Analyst – Talent Acquisition Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Talent Acquisition team by providing insightful data analysis, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting the hiring process.
Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential candidates, analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize strategies, and collaborating with team members to enhance the candidate experience.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition. Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
