Job Description

As a Customer Advocate, your main role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. A strong focus on building positive relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations is vital for success in this role.
