Job Description
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our online community. Your role involves developing strategies to increase community engagement, moderating discussions, and addressing customer queries and concerns.
You will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the brand’s online presence and foster a positive community culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
