Job Description
-Direct coordination and reporting to the General Manager.
-Assist the General Manager with all financial and personnel related administrative duties, and ensuring all completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Provide hands – on support to the team.
-Assists General Manager in managing staff by conducting staff meetings.
-Manage and/or support GM from day-to-day clinic operations.
-Maintain professional and personal calendar of GM’s meetings, conference calls, events, appointments and travel.
-Monitoring of staff ensures the adherence to established policies and procedures.
-Communicating clearly in written and verbal forms with the ability to present concepts and ideas to management, peers, and associates.
-Maintain and organize confidential/critical documents.
-Assist with coordination and supervision of any project work as necessary (Putting up new clinics)
-Responsible for creating presentations and minutes for meetings.
-Create guidelines for the betterment of the system.
-Visit clinic branches with GM’s checklist to ensure that the operation runs according to the protocol.
-Conduct training for existing and new members of the company.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-1+ years’ proven experience in an operations position.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Collaborate with any team or project as required, assisting with non-specialized tasks.
-Multitask across multiple projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
-Can drive 4 wheels
