Job Description
Job Description:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Update the accounting department on credit investigation results.
- Coordinate product pricing with management.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately encoded.
- Reach out to customer leads through various methods.
- Perform regular fieldwork for existing and potential clients.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Provide reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and departments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily sales updates.
Work Experiences:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong product knowledge and prospecting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and self-confidence.
- Motivated for sales success.
