Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Overall coordinator of the ins and outs of the project. Will serve as the producer or “showrunner” of the account that he/she will be handling
- Operates as the point of contact for designated clients.
- Detail-oriented + customer-oriented
- Monitors and tracks client account metrics and makes sure to achieve KPIs / Goals
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Documentation of requested, onboarded, and fulfilling tasks that came from the client
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with current clients and possibly new ones (Upselling and Sold New).
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualification
- Experience in Advertising and PR or related industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Makati City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
