Job Description
As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a key role in the recruitment and management of our organization’s workforce. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and handling employee relations issues.
In addition, you will be involved in developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with employees at all levels. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
