Job Description
Mainly support the PD team with the information and plans needed to plan and launch projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include cost estimation, detailing activities, preparing project narratives, and coordinating permits & licensing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update Estimated Land Development Costs
- Coordinate PD checklist
- Coordinate permits & licenses
- Upload documents to ERP
- Provide team assistance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years as Project Development Specialist
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering software
- Knowledge in Real Estate and affordable housing a plus
- Good people and project management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
License/Certification:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (Required)
