Job Description
Initial review of contracts to check & assess that terms & conditions maximize profits, limit financial risks & tax compliant.
Monitor proper contract execution (signed by both parties & notarized) to ensure any obligation arising from said contracts are accounted for.
Ensure completeness, existence & validity of ALL contracts.
Degree holders of a BS in Accountancy are preferred.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience acquired leading a team with a focus on reconciliation and resolution.
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with multiple systems. Tech savviness is advantageous, especially for candidates with experience in banking or financial institutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Advanced expertise in MS Excel is a plus.
- Above-average communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Adaptable to changing needs and deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
- Team player with the ability to interact directly with higher management.
