Job Description
In-House Legal Counsel duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with laws.
- Promoting legal best practices and delivering training.
- Communicating with third-party bodies and staying updated on legislation.
- Liaising with senior staff.
