Job Description
Duties:
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and best practices
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
– Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Experience:
– Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment
– Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to perform calculations accurately
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
– Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
