Job Description
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, with BOSH and OHN training.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to details.
- Systematic and organized.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- At least 2 years experience as a company nurse.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Edsa, Boni, Mandaluyong.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st aid treatment and medication to employees as required.
- Observe and document patient symptoms and condition.
- Accompany injured employees to the hospital during accidents.
- Organize regular employee medical examinations.
- Enroll employees in HMO timely.
- Prepare monthly medical reimbursement reports.
- Implement workplace health and wellness programs.
- Monitor medicine stock inventory and supplies.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
- Knowledge of HR Facets is a plus.
