Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Helpdesk Supervisor. The role involves overseeing a team of helpdesk agents, ensuring high-quality customer service, and resolving escalated technical issues.
Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, managing schedules, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer support processes.
