Job Description
Ensuring day-to-day collection performance for JSEC Existing Installation (EI) customers; managing queries, disputes, and reconciliation; acting as a subject matter expert for Credit and Collection processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course
- Minimum 1 year credit and collection experience with Philippine customers
- Knowledgeable in billing process and customer engagement
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel, and Word; SAP knowledge is an advantage
SALARY: Starting at Php18,00 monthly
Location: Filinvest, Alabang Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8am – 5pm and Saturdays: 8am – 12nn)
