QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in recruitment for at least 1 year is highly desirable.
- With solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
