Job Description
The Project Manager’s responsibility is to oversee the planning, delivery, and implementation of construction projects. They ensure work is completed on time and within budget, including hiring, firing, and supervising employees.
- Coordinating tasks by different people on different sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion
- Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties
- Working within the budget by estimating costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
- Allocating resources to prevent shortages and delays caused by management decisions
- Managing internal and external risks throughout the project’s lifetime
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
