Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the provider’s reconciliation and coordination of accounts to resolve claims payment issues and concerns
- Reconciles the claims records between Maxicare and providers including hospitals, clinics, physicians, and dentists
- Provides feedback to a provider regarding the results of reconciliation within the agreed turnaround and reconciliation settlement
- Requests and secures a certificate of good credit standing and clearance certificate from providers with closed reconciliation
Educational Attainment:
- College Graduate of 4, 5-year course, preferably: BSBA Accountancy, Business Management, or a medical allied course
Experience and Training:
- Experience in claims adjudication
- Experience in HMO or insurance is an advantage
Skills Requirements
