Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00.00 per month at Sapient. We are urgently hiring Tech Support Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues
- Communicate technical information clearly
- Escalate issues for resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some tech coursework preferred
- No experience required
