Industry: Beauty Products – Customer Service
Education: College Degree
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service in the BPO industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role supporting voice, inbound call-taking agents
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Team Leader, higher experience preferred
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php65,00.00 per month

- 8-hour shift
