Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to Php26,00 monthly working in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves handling customer inquiries, facilitating bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
- Process reservations efficiently and resolve customer issues.
- Meet performance targets for productivity and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
