Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary contact for customers regarding product or service inquiries and issues. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, answering customer queries, and processing transactions.
Account: Consumers
Set up: WORK FROM HOME
Salary Package: Php 16,00 – Php 18,00 per month
Process: One day process (On-site)
Location: Ayala, Makati
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months BPO Experience
- Good to Excellent communication skills/ B2 Up AM score
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
