Job Description
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for head office & stores
- Agency compliance monitoring
- Onboarding & manpower billing
- Employee relations activities
Recruitment:
- Facilitate recruitment, selection, and hiring activities
- Establish recruiting requirements
- Oversee recruitment activity
Employee Relations:
- Organize company events
- Coordinate with vendors for ER events
- Ensure documentation of ER activities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php20,001.00 per month
