Job Description
Branch Customer Service Head
The Branch Customer Service Head is responsible for managing full branch operations, including planning, organizing, and implementing back office duties. Educational requirement: Graduate of Management Major in Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years experience and proficient in inventory management, process documentation, and people management. Must possess skills in administrative work, critical thinking, and strategic planning. Competencies include result-oriented, customer focus, and computer literacy. Salary range: Php18,560.00 – Php20,00.00 per month with benefits like additional leave, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion. Located in San Miguel, Bulacan. Full-time position with 8-hour day shifts and bonus pay.
