Job Description
As a Store Manager at Avid Sports Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet targets through training and mentoring.
- Developing business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability.
- Responding to customer concerns professionally.
- Ensuring team compliance with operational standards.
- Preparing sales analysis reports based on KPIs.
- Managing store administration tasks and budgets.
- Analyzing product performance and inventory management.
- Ensuring safekeeping of store inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
