Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated O2C Associate to join our Billing team. As an O2C Associate, your main responsibility will be to manage the order-to-cash process efficiently and accurately. This includes invoicing, monitoring payment status, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, have a good understanding of accounting principles, and be proficient in using billing software. Prior experience in billing or accounts receivable is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
