Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. You will work closely with employees to address their needs and concerns, as well as assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing employee onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will be involved in performance management and helping to create a positive work environment for all employees.
